Ms. Jehanzeb is an International Cooperation Policy Specialist, who through various experiences has amassed expertise in the deployment of initiatives and strategies that support Government/ International organizations and International Businesses. She is working closely with the Embassy of Japan in an advisory capacity, which also involves exploring Manpower and Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) opportunities for the Japanese companies and employment opportunities for the Pakistani youth in Japan.

Mr. Masud has over 26 years of global experience in areas of finance, HR and operations across USA, Middle East and Pakistan. Having successfully led management teams in Fortune 500 companies and international investment banks, he has extensive knowledge of HR capacity building and continuous professional development across various levels within the organizations. Furthermore, as an independent management and financial consultant to international corporations, NGOs and startups Mr. Masud also provides Executive Coaching services and conducts management and soft skills training as Master Trainer.

Across his 14 years of professional experience, Mr. Shahrukh has worked with companies across 25 countries spanning 6 continents, undertaking projects such as organizational structuring and development, recruitment, compensation and performance management, salary surveys, and management consulting. His most recent projects have been in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia spanning multiple industries such as education, oil & gas, agriculture, etc., serving large groups like PIF, Rawabi, and Al Khaleej.
